Sports Connection - Group Outing Request Form

Sports Connection is happy to welcome participants of the Carolina Youth Rugby Festival. 
The Sports Connection-Family Entertainment Center is located adjacent to Elon Park Rugby Fields.

If your team is looking to have some fun together on Saturday night, March 13, we have a special offer for you and your team at a discounted price.  Available between 7:00 PM until Midnight, your group can choose a combination of Laser Tag, Bowling, or Arcade Games for only $15 per person.  Each package includes 90 minutes of pre-paid and reserved activity, but you are welcome to come earlier and stay later.  Pizza and Drinks are also options.  A deposit of 50% of your maximum number will be required to finalize reservation.
