The Sports Connection is Charlotte's Birthday Party and Group Outing Headquarters! We offer numerous options and all of our parties & groups are held INDOORS at one of our 4 locations in the Charlotte area.

Walk-In Parties and Groups are welcomed at some of our facilities, but are subject to availability for certain activity areas and attractions. Call us at 704-583-1444 for details.

To inquire about scheduling and availability, please complete our Party/Group Request Form. Completing this form is the fastest and easiest way for our party/group specialists to determine availability and respond to your request. If you have general questions, the best time to talk with a party/group specialist is Monday - Friday between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm.

Rock Wall, Spin Zone Bumper Cars, Ropes Course, Flight Simulator And Motion Theater Are All RIDES And Can Be Part Of Your GAMES & RIDES Party/Group If Available.

(Party guests should arrive a few minutes before the scheduled party time.)

You may reschedule your party, without a fee, provided we are notified (preferably by email) 10 or more days before your original scheduled party date. Changes made less than 10 days before your original party date, or cancellation of the party, will result in a $50 cancellation fee. The remaining balance will be issued as a Sports Connection CREDIT to be used for another birthday date or program at Sports Connection, or the balance can be put on a Sports Connection GIFT CARD to be used at anytime in the future. There will be no transfers or credits allowed without at least a 4 hour notification before the start of your party.

Birthday Invitations and Birthday Waivers can also be downloaded and printed on your printer. The Online Invitations have less colors than our Standard Invitations. Invitations are included in the price of the Party

No outside beverages or food (other than a birthday cake) are allowed to be brought into the Sports Connection.
