Sports Connection does not provide refunds.
RENTALS: Cancellations for rentals made OUTSIDE of 24 hours prior to event will result in a credit being applied to customer record for future use. No credits will be given for cancellations made WITHIN 24 hours of the event.
PARTIES / GROUPS: $50 rescheduling fee if WITHIN 10 days of event. Cancellation at any point will result in a $50 fee with the balance paid being placed on account for future use.
Hours at our Northlake and Granite Street Sports Centers are based on daily pre-booked activities.
No. All pricing for our Ballantyne Entertainment Facility is per play. All attractions and or game cards may be purchased at the front counter. See our Pricing Sheet Here
Food and Beverages are not included in Party Packages. Pizzas, or Chicken Nuggets and Fries maybe be purchased online 48 hours prior to the party and will be ready for the scheduled room time. Other food items and beverages are available for purchase at the front counter.
Volleyball Courts Granite & Northlake- $50 per hour
Basketball Courts (Northlake) – $100 per hour
Futsal Court Granite & Northlake- $100 per hour
Court rentals for special events and misc. sports are also available. Cost may vary depending on required space needed, set up / breakdown, and event type. Email [email protected] to find out availability and pricing.
At least 2-3 weeks prior to the party date is recommended for the best chance of getting your preferred date and time.
Birthday Parties can be schedule by filling out our “Party / Group Request Form” that is located in the Parties and Groups section of the website. Once the form is filled out one of our Birthday Managers will reach out via phone call to continue the booking process.
Ballantyne Family Entertainment Parties – Party Hosts are optional. A Party Host may be added to any party for an additional fee of $25 per hour.
Sports Parties – A Sports Coordinator will be provided for each Sports Party to facilitate the games / sports.
Yes, you may reserve a bowling lane online by clicking here. Shoes are required and can be purchased at the bowling counter.
