Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Please contact Sports Connection immediately by phone (704-583-1444) if you are unable to make your scheduled party, group, camp or other pre-booked and pre-paid activity. Any exception to the following rescheduling and cancellation policies need to be submitted by email to [email protected] to be reviewed by our management team.

RESCHEDULING POLICY
If a rescheduling request is received more than 10 days before the party or activity date, we will do our best to accommodate the request and will not charge a fee for rescheduling. If a rescheduling request is received within 10 days or less of the party or activity date, there will be a $50 rescheduling fee charged to reschedule to a different date or time.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Once a party or activity is booked and paid for, a cancellation of that party or activity will result in a $50 cancellation fee. The remaining balance will be issued as a Sports Connection CREDIT to be used for another date or program at Sports Connection, or the balance can be put on a Sports Connection GIFT CARD to be used at any time in the future.

There will be no transfers or credits allowed without at least a 4 hour notification before the start of your party or activity.

Inclement Weather Policies

Sports Connection and Carolina Juniors are usually open and operational with our normal hours, regardless of rain or light snow. If there is severe weather in the area, we will update our Websites (SportsConnectionNC.com and CarolinaJuniors.com) and our Voicemail (704-583-1444) with any cancellations or closings.

If you have a Pre-Booked Activity such as Birthday Party, Group or Rental, and you want to cancel or reschedule ahead of time, our normal rescheduling polices and fees will apply. If our facilities end up closing on the day of your Pre-Booked Activity, there will be no rescheduling fees charged, and any fees paid, will be refunded. In addition to updating our websites and voicemail, we will attempt to call and/or email each Pre-Booked Activity if we are planning to close.

If you are attending a Volleyball Tournament, either at one of our Sports Connection / Carolina Juniors Locations, or if you are on one of our CJV Teams attending an away tournament, your Coach will be notified by the Tournament Director if your tournament is going to be cancelled. Your Coach or Parent Representative will contact you.

Any threat of severe weather causes lots of frustrations for our Customers, our Employees and all of our Facilities. We ask everyone to please understand, we cannot control the weather, but we will do everything we can to stay open and operational if possible. Each person and family needs to make their own decisions on if they feel it is in their best interest to cancel or attend a specific event.

Food For Pre-Booked Parties

Sports Connection encourages all customers to Pre-Order and Pre-Pay for Pizzas, or Chicken Nuggets and Fries to ensure we are able to provide you the correct type and quantity. Each pizza is an extra large, pizza (approx. 5-7 kids per pizza). Order your party food online via the button below. Outside food options approved: Fruit & Vegetable Trays, Birthday Cakes, Cupcakes, Cookies & Ice Cream, Factory Sealed Non-Alcoholic Beverages, Factory Sealed Snacks and Sandwich Trays.

Party Invitations

Sports Connection provides Party Invitations for all Pre-Booked Parties or Groups. They are available for pick up at any one of our 3 locations or we can mail them for an additional charge. We may also send a PDF version of the invitations if requested through email, just ask one of our party managers.

Liability Waiver

All Sports Connection participants must have a signed waiver on file to participate in any activities. Waivers are available at our Front Counter at each one of our 3 locations. If you are having a Party/Group, waivers are included in our Party Invitations. You may print our Liability Waiver by clicking the button below.

You can also fill out an electronic waiver by logging into our DASHOnline Program. Once you have setup your Customer Profile and agreed to the Waiver, you can Print your Customer Profile page to bring to the party – Click here To Sign Online Waiver.
